As always, we started with data, not to summarize it but to understand the people behind it. Using Google Insight Finder and the proprietary 3A Insights tool, we mapped motivations, lifestyles, pain points and purchase triggers. We knew that a promotion doesn't work by itself; it has to be placed within a real-world context.
That's why we built our entire communication around real-life situations:
Renovating a kitchen and needing new appliances
Searching for 0% financing for larger purchases
Quick pickup or installation because time is important
The result? A coherent message that addresses the real needs of users.
🛠️ "Making Changes Easier" Campaign
We based the campaign on a creative platform called "Making Changes Easier," designed with 3A Formula®. We combined the logic of the offers with the emotions that accompany purchases, creating an extensive library of formats with a consistent narrative. These assets were optimized for use in Performance Max and YouTube channels:
Video ads - vertical, horizontal and 1:1
Graphics - tailored to the category and channel
Narratives - designed for specific decision-making situations
In just a few weeks, we created dozens of assets. The campaign not only looks good, but also effectively achieves its goals in every format, for every person and at every stage of the decision-making process.
